Social Impact Assessment (SIA) is a process of analysing, monitoring, and managing the expected or unforeseen social impacts, whether positive or negative, resulting from an intervention measure in terms of policy, program, plan and project and any social change process. Planners M Consult carries out an SIA study of any relevant projects that provide impact to the local community. This new service perimeter was adopted in response to the government’s initiative to expand advisory services in the social impact of a development project in Malaysia.

Unmanned aerial aircraft (UAVs)/Drone with high-resolution cameras are used by Planners M Consult to produce orthomosaics/orthophotos, which provides detailed aerial imagery.
